Noel M. Geoffroy

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Geoffroy joined the Company in May 2022 to serve as its COO. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Geoffroy had served as Head of North America Consumer Healthcare at Sanofi S.A., a global healthcare company, and held such position since January 2019. Prior to that she served in various leadership roles from December 2012 to December 2018 at Kellogg Company, an American multinational food manufacturing company, most recently President, US Frozen Foods.

Julien R. Mininberg

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Mininberg had served as the CEO of Kaz Inc. (“Kaz”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company since December 2010. Kaz comprised the former Health & Wellness segment of the Company before it was combined with the Beauty segment to form Beauty & Wellness. Mr. Mininberg joined Kaz in 2006, serving as Chief Marketing Officer and was appointed President in September 2007, where he served until he was appointed the CEO in September 2010.

Before joining Kaz, Mr. Mininberg worked for 15 years at The Procter & Gamble Company (“P&G”), where he spent an equal amount of time in the U.S. and Latin America, serving in a variety of marketing and general management capacities. In the U.S., he worked in brand management, serving as Brand Manager in P&G’s Health Care Division.

He was promoted to Marketing Director in 1997 and transferred to Latin America, where he served in the Fabric & Home Care division before being promoted to Country Manager for P&G’s Home Care business in Latin America. In 2003, he became Country Manager for Central America overseeing all P&G business in that region. Since February 2022, Mr. Mininberg has served on the Board of Directors for SpartanNash Company, a publicly-held food distributor and grocery retailer, where he is a member of its Compensation Committee. Mr. Mininberg earned his bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration from Yale University.

He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Yale School of Management and serves as Past President of its global Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Ronald L Anderskow

Ronald L. Anderskow

President, North America Regional Marketing Organization

Mr. Anderskow has served in various roles of responsibility since joining the Company in 2017. Prior to his current role as President, North America Regional Marketing Organization, Mr. Anderskow spent five years as the Global President, Beauty Division. Prior to that, he served as the CEO and Global General Manager of the O.P.I. Products Company from 2015 to 2017. Previously, he held various roles of senior management responsibility at the Procter & Gamble Company during a 30-year career in Beauty, Health, Dental and Laundry Categories across multiple functions and geographies including an international assignment in Geneva, Switzerland from 2010 to 2014. Mr. Anderskow brings extensive general management, operational execution, strategic planning, organizational design and customer business development skills. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Illinois.

Larry Witt

Larry Witt

President, Home & Outdoor

Mr. Witt joined OXO in 1994, when then brand was just under $10 million in revenue, and has helped guide and drive the brand’s growth to become one of the leading brands in the Home industry and the largest single brand in Helen of Troy’s portfolio. He was also instrumental in Helen of Troy’s acquisition of Hydro Flask and most recently Osprey, overseeing the integration and stewardship of the business into Helen of Troy.

He is the driving force behind the segment’s ESG efforts tied to 1% for the Planet, Parks for All, and Design for Environment initiatives. He has been part of OXO for 29 years and Helen of Troy for the past 17. He has led Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Industrial Design, as well as Engineering, R&D, DTC, and Customer Service. He is heading into his 7th year as the President of Helen of Troy’s Home & Outdoor segment over seeing a multi-brand, geographically dispersed global business. Prior to OXO, Mr. Witt enjoyed a diverse and successful career working for Dayton Hudson Corporation as a Divisional Merchandise Manager and later held various corporate level merchandising roles with Federated Department Stores.

He is co-founder with his wife, Gretchen, of Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, a non-profit organization committed to raising funds for research to develop new, improved treatments for pediatric cancer, and to date has granted over $20 million. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration.

Jay Caron

Jay Caron

Chief of Global Operations

Jay leads the Company’s global supply chain operations, with responsibility for global direct and indirect sourcing, global distribution and logistics, integrated business planning, and enterprise program management. Since joining the organization in 2017, he has delivered meaningful operational efficiency and COGs improvements through rebuilding our Asia Pacific sourcing and operations team, and leading efforts to revamp and overhaul our distribution network.

He has improved consumer ratings and satisfaction in several key categories through implementation of advanced product quality planning (APQP) systems. Additionally, he has improved our overall execution on key initiatives through the establishment of Helen of Troy’s enterprise program management function. Mr. Caron continues to drive operational efficiency in his newly expanded role as he drives working capital, service level, and supply chain agility improvements through the integrated business planning team.

Previously, he served as Vice President of Purchasing and IT for The Thule Group, where he was instrumental in driving global strategic sourcing efforts delivering between 10-26% savings across key categories, and leading the US IT and operations team through an ERP upgrade. While at Dorel Industries as SVP of Operations, he led lean manufacturing and automation efforts reducing direct labor by 38% on key product lines. He restructured the domestic distribution network to deliver 10% network savings while increasing product margins through reduced shelf landed costs.

In Mr. Caron’s 30 years of consumer products operations and supply chain experience, he has held transformational leadership roles with every facet of supply chain and operations, also serving in roles at Gillette, Newell, and Sony. He holds a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Brian L. Grass

Brian L. Grass

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Grass became CFO effective as of September 23, 2023. Mr. Grass has been serving as interim CFO since April 28, 2023. He previously served as the Company’s CFO from 2014 to 2022 and as Assistant CFO from 2006 to 2014. Mr. Grass has deep industry experience and strong executive leadership in corporate finance, financial planning, strategy, and operations. He has been instrumental in helping advance the Company’s Transformation and growth, including executing the completion of numerous accretive acquisitions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Grass spent seven years in public accounting at KPMG LLP and six years in various financial leadership roles at Tenet Healthcare Corporation.
